Utility Billing

Irrigation systems should run before 10am or after 6pm to avoid excessive evaporation due to extreme heat in the middle of the day.

Responsibilities
The Utility Billing Department is primarily responsible for ensuring residents are accurately billed for water, trash, recycling and sewer services and processing payments for these services.  Additional duties include transfer of service between homeowners, facilitating hydrant meter rental for outside agencies, as well as responding to general resident inquiries.
