Requesting New Service

The City of Parker supplies water and solid waste services to homes within the city limits. Sewer service is available to certain homes in the northeastern portion of city.  All other homes are on septic systems.  In addition, Parker supplies water service only to several streets within Wylie, TX.

A Water Service Agreement along with a copy of a U.S. state issued form of identification is required for new service. The completed application and supporting documents may be emailed, mailed or presented in person. One application initiates all services applicable to the given address.  The $50 new service set-up fee will be applied to the first bill.  Letters of credit are not accepted in lieu of the setup fee. 

*Please note:  Water service will only be scheduled to start Monday - Friday 8:30 am-3:30 pm.  Afterhours, weekend and holiday start times are not available. We recommend coordinating with the home seller or home builder to prevent disruption of service.

A welcome email will be sent on the day of connection providing the account number along with important information, links and attachments for new residents.
